5 PhD Studentships in Data Science

Data Science expertise is an essential part of MK:Smart and five PhD Studentships are available to start in October 2015.

Through MK:Smart and other projects, The Knowledge Media Institute (KMi) is involved in the creation of large data infrastructures, such as the MK Data Hub, to support innovation in complex urban environments equipped with large scale sensor networks.  KMi is inviting research proposals on a range of Data Science topics, including Smart Cities and the Internet of Things.

KMi offers students an intellectually challenging environment with exceptional research and computer facilities.
